What you will Do:

  • Responsible for doing refrigerant related and non-refrigerant related repairs
  • Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems
  • Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance
  • Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries

What you Need:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician
  • EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel to customer sites as needed
